With nearly 40 years in the industry,he spent his early professional career
in the management and development of new semiconductor materials such as silicon on sapphire, thin layer magnetic
bubble domain materials, and CVD techniques for thin layer GaAs deposition. He has managed businesses in communications
technology and wireless applications. He is currently a director of Skyworks Solutions, Inc and SiRF Inc. From 1973
Dr. Beguwala held technology and management positions of increasing responsibility at Rockwell. He served as Senior Vice
President and General Manager Wireless Communications of Conexant from 1999 to 2002. His remarkable insights into RF
semiconductors and systems are sharply focusing RF Nano's efforts on its first target markets. |
