Lee Chung, Vice President of
Process Engineering
  Lee Chung has almost 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry focusing on IC process technology research and development. Prior to joining RF Nano, he served as a vice president of UMC, the 2nd largest IC manufacturing foundry, for various functions including corporate marketing and technology development. As a Vice President of Engineering and Manufacturing at Lightcross, an optical IC company, he and the team successfully developed and commercialized optical wave guides based on Si. He developed more than 10 generations of logic, MS/RF CMOS technologies while serving as manager, director and vice president of R & D at Rockwell/Conexant. He was a member of Technology Advisory Board to SEMATCH in 1999 and President of IC Committee of Taiwan_Semi in 2007-2008. He holds a BS degree in Chemistry from National Hsing-Hua University at Taiwan, an MS degree in Chemistry from Louisiana State University at Monroe, and an MS degree in Materials Science from UCLA.
